What You’ll Do The Revenue Royalty and Compliance Coordinator (Royalty Zone) will partner and support several departments (Revenue Team, Compliance Team, Billing & Collections, The Brand Team & Product Approvals Team). You’ll be a key asset in driving performance improvements in the area of Royalty, Revenue, Compliance & Administration. What you’ll be working on * Coordinate with licensees on timely submission of quarterly reports * Track licensee compliance status * Review licensee compliance and follow-up on delinquent reports and missing information * Collect, review, and analyze revenue reports to calculate royalty obligations. * Interpret and apply contractual terms to royalty calculations. * Monitor compliance with royalty agreements and escalate discrepancies. * Maintain royalty and compliance databases and documentation. * Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and external partners regarding revenue tracking and royalty issues. * Support internal audits and respond to external audit requests. * Assist in improving royalty processing workflows and compliance procedures. Must Haves * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in royalty accounting, compliance, or revenue management. * common in industries such as entertainment, publishing, technology licensing, and natural resources. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with royalty contract structures and revenue-sharing models. * Proficient in Excel (V-lookup, X-lookup, etc.) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or royalty management tools). * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Primary Location Salary: $70,000 Fraud Alert: Unauthorized Job Offers and Impersonations We have been made aware of fraudulent job offers and interview requests being sent by individuals falsely claiming to represent Authentic.
