With direction from the Greenhills Line Creek Operations team, the Coordinator, Safety and Loss Control will develop and grow a program that is critical to the success of the operation.   To be successful, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to produce results. Someone who will find opportunities for growth and improvement and will gain trust and compliance in those initiatives. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies   Support operational groups with health and safety initiatives   Complete health and safety audits and critical control verifications   Coach, mentor, and support effective health and safety contract management strategies   Develop and present health and safety materials to the crews and management   REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma, or equivalent   Experience with Microsoft Office Suite®   Working knowledge of applicable HSRC regulations or similar   Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Health and Safety, or OFA Level 3 would be an asset   Relevant experience in mining, processing facilities, maintenance facilities, or operational experience in construction or other heavy industry is an asset   Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent  Salary range: $80160 / year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
