We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to play a key role in managing and executing the company’s end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities on the real asset / digital infrastructure side of our business. This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda’s long-term vision.   What You’ll Do * Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets. * Work cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution. * Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions. * Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations. * Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem. * Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making. * Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, or technology stack. You * 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate * Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis * Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions. * Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects. * Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends—prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.
