What we're looking for * 15+ years of experience across VC / growth equity / investment banking and corporate development * At least 5 years operating at a senior level inside high-growth technology companies. * Demonstrated success leading and closing multiple M&A transactions end-to-end, including deal structuring, negotiation, and post-close integration. * A strong personal network across the European (and ideally global) startup, VC, and technology ecosystem, with credibility to open doors at the founder and C-suite level. * Excellent cross-functional leadership skills — able to align legal, finance, product, and executive stakeholders around complex deals. * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to boards or senior leadership. What you'll do * Own and evolve Lovable's overall Corp Dev strategy, advising senior leadership on where M&A and investment fit into the broader company roadmap. * Build and lead the sourcing engine for new deal opportunities aligned with strategic priorities, including managing relationships with bankers, VCs, and other intermediaries where relevant. * Build, lead, and scale Lovable's M&A process and the cross-functional team supporting it. * Lead founder conversations at the most senior level, translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations. * Represent Lovable at key industry events, deepening our ecosystem and brand presence among European founders.
