We are looking for an analytically excellent dealmaker who has learned the mechanics of getting a deal done inside a top M&A practice and is ready to run that playbook in-house. This is the execution engine of the deal team: you'll own the analytical and process backbone of live deals, from building the model and running the data room to drafting the investment memo and quantifying synergies.
