Role Purpose The Sweden Country Leader is responsible for leading all aspects of clinic operations, team leadership, and strategic growth across the Sweden market. This role owns full P&L performance, drives operational excellence, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers exceptional member experiences while scaling Neko Health’s presence in Sweden. What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months * Stabilized and optimized performance across all clinics * Clear and executed Sweden market growth strategy aligned with global objectives * Improved clinic-level KPIs (efficiency, quality, member satisfaction) * Strong leadership structure with high-performing Area Managers and clinic teams * Launch of new clinics and expansion initiatives * Established financial discipline with accurate forecasting and P&L management Minimum Qualifications / Preferred Experience * Proven experience as a senior operational leader in a consumer-facing, membership-based or high touch service experience business * Demonstrated ownership of full P&L and delivery of profitable growth * Strong background in operations, strategic planning, and scaling multi-site businesses * Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience in either wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or technology with physical operations environments essential About titles at Neko We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles.
