Role Overview Revenue Strategy & Programs team drives Ads business growth by shaping commercialization strategy and leading high-impact initiatives that accelerate adoption of new advertising products across customer segments. The team combines go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional execution to bring innovative ad solutions to market and maximize business impact. As a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to identify market opportunities, develop commercialization strategies, and lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for new advertising products. You will combine strategic research with operational excellence to ensure successful product launches and scalable growth. What You Will Do * Own the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle for new advertising products, from market assessment and launch strategy to execution, adoption, and post-launch optimization. * Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify unmet needs, industry trends, and commercialization opportunities, translating insights into actionable GTM strategies. * Partner closely with Product teams to influence product roadmap and launch readiness by bringing customer feedback, market intelligence, and business requirements into product development. * Develop segmentation, positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch recommendations that maximize product adoption and revenue growth. * Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams, ensuring organizational readiness and consistent stakeholder alignment. * Define launch success metrics and measurement frameworks, monitor product adoption and business performance, and continuously optimize GTM strategies based on data and customer feedback. * Scale successful launches by developing repeatable GTM playbooks, enablement materials, best practices, and standardized commercialization processes. * Communicate market insights, launch performance, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to influence product strategy and business investment decisions. * Establish and lead weekly and monthly business reviews with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment on priorities, performance, risks, and action plans. * Identify key growth bottlenecks and adoption barriers through data-driven analysis, and develop targeted sales programs, commercialization strategies, and promotional initiatives to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth. Minimum Qualifications * 8–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, or related roles within e-commerce, advertising, or tech companies * Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and measurable business impact * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations * Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) without direct authority * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations and insights effectively to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications * Experience in advertising, media, performance marketing, or related commercial functions * Experience designing and managing revenue programs, pricing and packaging strategies, or go-to-market (GTM) initiatives at scale * Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze business performance and generate actionable insights * Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce * Business-level English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global teams Recruitment Process and Others: Recruitment Process * Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer * The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances. * Interview schedules and the results will be informed to the applicant via the e-mail address submitted at the application stage.
