At Medialicious, we're a global growth marketing partner powering the expansion of fast-growing social gaming brands. Headquartered in Gibraltar, our mission is simple: to be the industry leader through deep domain expertise, constant innovation, and strategic scale. Our Marketing team drives growth through a channel-agnostic approach, empowered by significant budgets and a collaborative, transparent culture. We embrace experimentation, research, and performance analysis to maximize growth and evolve our strategies. With data at our core and curiosity in our DNA, we work together to create meaningful, measurable impact. The Role You'll own creative strategy across our US Social Casino portfolio, leading a creative pod and translating performance data into winning concepts that drive real results. What you will be doing • Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels • Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content that convert • Lead and mentor a small team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors while maintaining high creative standards • Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content, working with both in-house teams and external creators • Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data and turn insights into the next round of creative iterations • Build winning frameworks and maintain a library of high-performing angles, hooks, and creative approaches What we are looking for • Proven creative strategy experience at a performance-driven agency or in-house team with measurable results • Deep UGC and influencer expertise – you know how to use these as performance levers, not just brand plays • Strong scriptwriting skills and comfort shaping video content from concept to final cut • Data fluency – CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves should be second nature • Team leadership experience with the autonomy to operate without constant oversight • Thrives in fast-paced environments where briefs evolve and iteration is constant Why you will love it This is a senior role with real autonomy on accounts that test more, ship more, and learn faster than most agencies. You'll have the budget and freedom to experiment, the data to prove what works, and a team that values results over politics. Plus, it's fully remote with competitive compensation and the chance to shape creative strategy in one of the most competitive verticals online. --- We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas—nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us. We also welcome candidates from non-traditional career journeys and value diverse perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Diversity fuels our innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can contribute their best work and thrive.
