About the job: The CRM Casino Intern will will support the planning and execution of CRM activities and campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement. Responsibilities:  * Assist in planning, managing and executing CRM activities, including campaigns and promotions. * Ensure all CRM campaigns are attractive and consistent. * Collect and analyze campaign results and customer data. * Test and suggest changes to improve overall campaign performance. * Evaluate the customer satisfaction measure and take corrective action when required. * Regular reporting on the success of campaigns.
