About the job: The CRM Optimization Intern will support the setup, testing, and improvement of CRM campaigns while working with different teams to ensure smooth execution. Responsibilities:  * Support the execution of the CRM campaigns, including bonus configuration, segmentation of target audiences, and implementation of customer lifecycle communications.  * Cooperate with internal teams, including CRM, VIP and Web Content, to ensure consistency.  * Propose improvements to the CRM campaigns to increase effectiveness across all channels.  * Test new bonuses, lifecycles, missions and tournaments to confirm that their configuration is up to standard.  Requirements: * Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Interest in CRM and digital marketing. * Good communication skills in English. * Basic knowledge of web or data tools (HTML, SQL, Python, JavaScript is a plus). * Good Excel skills. * Eager to learn new tools and technologies, including AI tools. * Team player with a proactive and organized approach. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
