As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team in Greece. Role Overview: As a Junior Compliance Officer at Altenar, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will work closely with the Licensing and Regulatory Compliance team, assisting in the implementation of the Licensing and Compliance Roadmap. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and the chance to develop a strong foundation in the compliance field within the iGaming industry. Responsibilities: * Assist in conducting compliance assessments and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and internal policies. * Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. * Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory reports, documentation, and license applications as required. * Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.   Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field. * Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in the iGaming sector. * Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. * Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with compliance management systems is beneficial.   Our offer includes the following: * Stable and flexible working environment * Training and professional development * Life & Health insurance * Competitive remuneration and benefits * Multinational team with experts around the world * Sport reimbursement
