As a CRM Strategist at Massive Rocket, you’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Principal CRM Strategist to shape and deliver CRM strategies that move the needle for our clients. You’ll help build strategic plans, translate them into clear, actionable initiatives, and ensure they’re handed over smoothly to the execution team so they can drive KPIs, performance, and measurable ROI. You’ll play a key role in turning complex frameworks into simple, compelling narratives — the kind that teams can execute confidently and clients can rally behind. You’ll join client sessions throughout the Delivery Sales Lifecycle, helping uncover core challenges and contributing to data‑driven marketing strategies that make a real impact. You’ll also support the creation of pitches that tell powerful stories through strategy, data, and insight. And you’ll run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and proven principles to help clients unlock long‑term success.
