Plan and Execute Culture and Engagement Programs Aligned with Our Vision and Values * Coordinate and execute recurring company-wide events and cultural initiatives * Support the implementation of global culture and engagement programs * Analyze employee engagement and organizational culture data * Plan, produce, and manage promotional materials, merchandise, and related resources required for initiatives and events 2. Support and Execute Internal Communication Initiatives * Implement internal communication programs that strengthen and reinforce company culture * Support the planning and operation of regular company-wide meetings and town halls * Coordinate events and programs that bring our culture, values, and ways of working to life * Create, manage, and maintain content for internal communication platforms and intranet sites 3.
