Lava Rewards is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team on a full-time basis! Are you organized, responsible and tech-savvy? Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer queries * Input manual transactions through the backend * Carry out regular backend tasks * Provide timely and friendly support that reflects the Lava Rewards brand * Report directly to the Lava Rewards manager and assist with tasks as required What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable using computers and learning new systems * A positive and customer-first attitude * Fluent in English. Fluency in Maltese is a plus.
