Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on: * Engaging potential customers and converting leads into Checkatrade members. * Using solution-based selling to show how we support trade businesses to grow. * Handling objections with confidence and closing with clarity. * Keeping Salesforce data tidy, accurate and up to date. * Working with other teams to share insight, learn fast, and keep smashing targets. You’ll do well here if you bring: * Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of hitting targets. * A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. * Resilience, drive, and a hunger to exceed expectations. * Solid objection-handling and negotiation skills. * A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities. * Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage your pipeline.
