What we're looking for:  * Some experience or exposure to customer service, support, or any client-facing role (internships, part-time work, or volunteer experience all count!). * Good typing skills (or a commitment to enhance speed and accuracy). * Strong communication and active listening skills, with a passion for understanding and solving customer needs. * Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers. * A growth mindset and a desire to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools. * A knack for organization and time management, even in busy environments. * Fluency in English (spoken and written).
