What you’ll build with us: You will take ownership of a high volume shared inbox, triaging live chats, emails and tickets within SLA timeframes with precision and speed. Working cross functionally with Payments, KYC and Tech Support teams, your focus will be resolving critical payment, access and VIP issues while keeping queue workflows seamlessly organised. Beyond resolving tickets, you will identify recurring trends, optimise internal workflows and serve as the direct voice of the customer back to the business. The impact you’ll make: * Triage and respond to a high volume inbox, keeping every ticket owned and within SLA * Prioritise conversations by urgency and value, from account access issues to VIP requests * Resolve customer issues with clear, accurate solutions and proactive follow up * Handle complaints with a solution first, customer first approach * Spot and escalate emerging trends like bugs or payment delays, with the right context for a fast fix * Partner across Payments, KYC/Compliance, Tech Support and VIP teams to close out complex cases * Stay on top of platform features, promotions and policy changes so your answers are always accurate * Help sharpen our shared inbox workflows, macros and help centre content along the way Your track record: * Previous experience in a customer service role, whether face to face, online or phone based * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working efficiently in a high energy, fast moving environment * A self starter who takes initiative and works well without close supervision * Customer and solution focused with strong problem solving instincts * Confident juggling multiple conversations and priorities at once Bonus points if you also have: * Familiarity with the crypto or online betting industry * Previous experience in sports betting or online casino * Experience working with Slack and G-Suite Here are our benefits and perks: Sharpening your edge * The ultimate sandbox.
