Role Overview Tejar is eagerly looking for a data entry specialist who will be responsible for managing the product database. He/She will be working with large amounts of information that must be organized and formatted in a consistent manner. The data entry specialist will also be tasked with entering a wide variety of different types of information, including customer records, product descriptions and sales figures. This role includes ensuring that all of the information is accurately stored and organized so it can be accessed by the potential customers easily. Job Responsibilities * Manage product entry deadlines * Work with the Marketing department in order to send out announcements of new products to potential customers * Work with the Customer Success department to manage availability of the products * Organize data in spreadsheets or databases for future reference * Upload or download data to and from websites and/or relevant software * Update data in appropriate database in an accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlogging * Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree (any) * Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office * Minimum of 2+ experience in processing data entry tasks, such as typing or transcribing, based on standard procedures and guidelines * Ability to multitask efficiently * Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy * Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision * English level: Intermediate Facebook | X | Instagram | Pinterest | YouTube | LinkedIn | Snapchat | TikTok | Google Business
