Get to know us better at our LinkedIn, Cocuma profile or Instagram ⭕ We're looking for someone who understands that AI is only as good as the data and context behind it. You have a strong BI background, a solid understanding of data management, and the drive to make enterprise data AI-ready for our clients across different industries. What will you do: * Build data governance and data cataloging solutions in tools like Collibra, Dawiso, Ataccama, Atlan, Coalesce and Confluence * Build the context layer for AI: business glossaries, semantic models, lineage and metadata that let RAG and agentic solutions answer questions in the client's own language * Design data quality and observability rules that keep data and AI outputs trustworthy * Help clients set up AI governance by cataloging AI use cases, models and agents, defining ownership and controls accordingly with their regulatory obligations * Gather business requirements and translate them into concrete solutions * Be the bridge between business and IT - communicating with analysts, management, and technical teams with equal ease * Run end-user trainings and enablement so people actually understand and use what you build * Contribute to knowledge sharing through internal sessions, webinars, and tech talks What do we expect: * Solid BI background and a good understanding of data governance or data management principles * Experience with data governance frameworks, data catalogs, or visualization tools * Curiosity about GenAI in an enterprise context - RAG, agents, semantic layers, AI governance and the judgment to tell hype from value * Confident communicating with both technical and business stakeholders * Hands-on, proactive approach - you take ownership and follow through * Drive to deliver quality work that genuinely meets client needs * Willingness to keep learning new tools, new domains, and achieve new certifications * Business consulting background or understanding of internal business processes * Fluent Czech and English on a professional level What can you expect: * Work on international projects using cutting-edge data tools – seriously, the best tech available * Solid benefits package: extra 10 days of leave, Multisport card, generous annual learning budget, open bonus structure, local and international knowledge sharing sessions, and more * Hybrid flexibility – we meet in the Prague office regularly (around 2–3 days a week), and you’re free to choose what works best for you beyond that * AI-friendly by default – we stay current, experiment with new tools, and treat AI as a genuine work partner * Genuinely collaborative culture, that actually means something: real teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, flexibility and fun * Continuous learning and development to keep your skills sharp * A diverse, global team of friendly data professionals, who really get along * If you're a keen sportsman, you'll find plenty of company here 🏃‍♀️ By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and understood our Data Privacy Notice for Job Applicants, available under this link.
