The successful candidate will initially focus on data quality initiatives and will gradually transition into supporting the DRR decommissioning (demise) process. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on data manipulation experience, and the ability to work with complex datasets across multiple sources. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support Data Quality (DQ) initiatives within the Credit domain. * Analyze, understand, and assess large and complex datasets to identify data quality issues and opportunities for improvement. * Perform data extraction, transformation, joining, and manipulation activities to support business and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to the DRR decommissioning process, ensuring data integrity and continuity throughout the transition. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to define and implement data solutions. * Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis activities. * Document data flows, data quality controls, and analytical findings. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Strong experience in Data Quality and data analysis roles. * Proven ability to understand, join, transform, and manipulate datasets from multiple sources. * Advanced SQL and data querying skills. * Hands-on experience with Python, particularly using Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis and exploration. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience working within financial services, banking, or credit-related domains is highly desirable. * Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. PREFERRED SKILLS * Experience with Prophecy would be advantageous. * Exposure to data migration, application decommissioning, or system retirement projects. * Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
