Key Responsibilities: * Monitor MongoDB queries, indexes, and overall database performance. * Analyze and optimize queries and indexing strategies to ensure system efficiency. * Perform architectural reviews of database solutions and recommend best practices. * Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and efficient data models. * Provide guidance and support to developers regarding database usage. * Ensure observability and performance monitoring via Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and Percona tools. Requirements: * 3+ years of professional experience as a Database Developer or related role. * Strong expertise with MongoDB (administration, replication, performance tuning, indexing). * Hands-on experience with the .NET technology stack. * Practical knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Percona. * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Nice to Have (Optional Skills): * Experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL. * Familiarity with Redis and Apache Kafka. * Broader knowledge of database administration across multiple technologies (Ansible, Kubernetes, Helm).
