ROLE SCOPE * Build and maintain the site-level forecasts: capex curves, opex ramps, and cash timing per building. * Own the monthly forecast cycle: inputs gathered, variances explained, and the bridge to the last version clean. * Model scenarios fast when a deal, delay, or design change moves the numbers. * Automate the pipeline from source systems so the forecast updates in hours, not weeks. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've built capex and opex forecasts for large projects or infrastructure portfolios. * Your variance analysis finds causes, not just differences. * You're expert in Excel and dangerous in SQL. * You turn a vague what-if into a modeled answer same-day. * Your models are auditable: sources cited, assumptions labeled. * Bonus: Construction draw schedules.
