We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers. 🎩 Your Role:   As a Customs Declarant at Convelio in the EU Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. With your unique skill set and passion for innovation, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the industry.     ✏️ What you'll do:   - Assist with verification of the information and documents needed for customs declaration - Ensure compliance with customs regulations - Provide accurate and timely data entry into our operating system - Gather all of the documentation to apply for customs procedures or formalities - Process these requests either directly or through agents : request export or import customs declaration, launch applications for customs formalities, etc. - Make sure that our customs processes are conducted in a timely manner, and well-documented - Keep our operations teams and our clients informed on the status of all of these processes     🧑‍🎨 Your profile:   At Convelio, we value diversity and believe in giving opportunities to talented individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
