JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DEFI PRODUCT COUNSEL AT AXIOM LOCATION: REMOTE We are seeking a DeFi Product Counsel to support our client, a mid-sized financial technology company. In this role, you will provide legal support on decentralized finance (DeFi) products, advising on legal issues related to decentralized digital asset offerings. This position offers the opportunity to support innovative crypto products in a rapidly evolving area of the market. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Advise on legal matters related to DeFi products. * Provide legal support for non-custodial wallet products. * Support legal issues involving decentralized and unregulated crypto products. * Partner with business stakeholders to provide practical product advice. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience as Product Counsel supporting cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital asset products. * Experience with DeFi products and non-custodial wallets. * Strong communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills. * Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction. PREFERRED SKILLS: * Experience supporting decentralized finance (DeFi) companies or products. * Experience with regulated cryptocurrency businesses. * Familiarity with stablecoins. COMPENSATION: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.  Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
