ABOUT CORDIAL We founded Cordial in 2014 on the belief that there should be more humanity and empathy in marketing—both in how brands communicate with their customers and in how technology companies work with brands. We built our company and platform purposefully, driven by a desire to inspire more thoughtful communication and to create experiences that feel more personal and human—for consumers, for the people at the companies we work with, and for Cordial employees. Today, brands like PacSun, Revolve, Abercrombie & Fitch, Realtor.com, L.L. Bean and Forbes rely on Cordial to drive revenue growth by sending a better message. We chose the name Cordial to symbolize how we empower our clients to communicate with their customers, as well as how we do business: with transparency, collaboration, and trust. We're building a passionate team of individuals willing to learn, grow, and be thoughtfully challenged on a daily basis to continuously improve our product, company, and culture every single day. You will occasionally help in the sales process and will be heavily involved in the implementation and onboarding of new clients. As a growth-stage startup, there are always extra tasks and projects to take on, so tackling side projects to help improve our processes and the client experience will be a big part of your day-to-day as well.     YOU WILL * Be an advocate for our clients.  * Seamlessly adopt the Cordial deliverability philosophy (we are here to serve clients and interpret data on their behalf, therefore better equipping marketers for success via the Cordial platform).  * Onboard and implement the programs of a wide range of clients (with regard to volume, cadence, and industry).  * Work closely with Client Success Managers, Solutions Experts, and Support to best assist clients' needs and meet company goals. * Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines. * Collaborate with our Client Success, Strategy and Support teams to ensure we are continuously meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations and goals. * Develop and share best practices with clients and internal teams. * Document and record all ongoing project work. * Produce content for our blog and knowledge base. * Identify gaps in our processes and offer/implement creative solutions. * Remain connected to email communities and report on industry trends and changes that will impact Cordial clients. * Represent Cordial at industry functions and communities such as M3AAWG, EEC, EmailGeeks, CSA, etc.   ABOUT YOU * 3+ years of experience in a deliverability-related role. * Familiarity with MTA service providers (Sparkpost, SendGrid, PMTA, etc). * Expertise in the intricacies of sending to top-level ISPs and MBPs (Microsoft, Gmail, VMG). * Experience troubleshooting sending to APAC and EMEA regions a plus. * Strong understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ARC, BIMI, etc), SMTP protocol, and industry best practices. * Direct experience onboarding new clients (including IP and domain warmups). * Autonomous in day-to-day work, with the ability to identify the next prioritised task. * Ability to interpret high-level data on behalf of non-technical marketers and communicate the idea back in an easily digestible format. * Experience consulting with C-level executives and other decision-makers. * High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills necessary to assist in communicating with a wide range of individuals, internally and externally. * Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills (diagnosis, option assessment, recommendation and escalation). * Proficient in G Suite tools (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Slides). * Foundational understanding of APIs and other development tools (such as SQL) and BI tools (such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc) a strong plus. * Able to manage multiple open projects at any point in time, with varying degrees of complexity and business priority. * Adept at identifying issues, recognising patterns, proposing solutions and helping to create repeatable processes or documentation to assist with the long-term success of both our internal team, clients, and partners.   COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
