Applications outside this region will not be consider Key Responsibilities * Guarantee on-time, efficient delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations. * Lead and coordinate delivery teams across multiple projects. * Manage scope, resources, and risks to ensure smooth execution. * Act as the main client contact, building trust and long-term partnerships. * Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes. * Drive growth opportunities by identifying ways to expand and strengthen services. * Ensure projects involving AI, data, and automation are delivered with innovation and excellence. Requirements * 8+ years of experience in Delivery or Project Management roles. * Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Proven experience managing complex projects with distributed teams. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources in high-demand environments. * Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, or Automation projects. * English C1 (Advanced) – mandatory. * Background in technology consulting, software development, or digital transformation is a strong plus.
