ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute integrated programs that create pipeline, engage buying groups, and help accelerate opportunities through the funnel. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a strategic, analytical marketer who can translate growth priorities into coordinated programs across paid media, email, web, and emerging channels. You’ll own demand program strategy and execution, direct our paid media agency, and continuously use performance data to determine what we should test, optimize, and scale. You’ll work closely with Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Events, Marketing Operations, Sales, and agency partners to connect audiences, content, and channels into cohesive buyer experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES DRIVE PIPELINE ACROSS THE FUNNEL Build and execute integrated demand campaigns that generate new pipeline, engage buying groups, and accelerate existing opportunities. Develop distinct strategies for pipeline creation and acceleration, tailoring audiences, content, channels, and calls to action based on where buyers are in their journey. Partner with Sales to understand account and pipeline priorities and identify opportunities for targeted engagement. OWN DIGITAL CHANNEL STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE Own the strategy and performance of paid media, email, nurture, web, and emerging demand channels, connecting them into cohesive cross-channel programs. Direct agency execution across paid media and email, setting audience, channel, investment, testing, and performance expectations while holding partners accountable to pipeline outcomes. Own paid media, email, and nurture strategy and performance, continuously optimizing audience segmentation, engagement, conversion, and progression through the funnel. Identify and test new channels, tactics, and approaches to expand reach and improve demand performance. BUILD INTEGRATED CAMPAIGNS Partner with Content Strategy to jointly develop campaigns, with you bringing audience, channel, funnel, and performance insights and Content Strategy bringing content strategy, narrative, and format expertise. Partner with Product Marketing to connect buyer, market and competitive insights to audience and demand strategies, while sharing campaign performance insights that inform future messaging and go-to-market decisions. Extend Events and other Marketing programs through pre- and post-event digital engagement that maximizes their pipeline impact. Partner with Marketing Operations to leverage standardized campaign processes, tracking, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that improve execution and scale. MEASURE, EXPERIMENT & OPTIMIZE Own campaign and channel performance against pipeline and revenue goals, using funnel and channel-level metrics to continuously optimize investment and execution. Analyze performance to identify audience, content, channel, and conversion opportunities and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Develop hypotheses, run experiments and determine where to optimize investment. Use AI to accelerate campaign planning, personalization, experimentation, analysis, and optimization, and partner with Marketing Operations to turn successful approaches into scalable workflows. REQUIREMENTS 5–8 years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related experience, preferably in healthcare/health tech or another complex B2B environment. Demonstrated experience building integrated demand programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue. Strong knowledge of paid media and email strategy and performance, with experience effectively managing agencies or external partners. Strong analytical skills and experience using funnel and campaign data to diagnose performance, develop hypotheses, and make investment recommendations. Hands-on experience using AI to improve campaign development, personalization, analysis, experimentation, or marketing workflows. Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to turn strategy into action and independently drive programs forward. You’ll bring together audience, content, channels, data, and experimentation to continuously improve performance—and help us scale demand generation as Artera expands into new audiences and go-to-market motions.
