THE OPPORTUNITY Parspec is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to run our demand generation engine. You will be responsible for creating and executing programs that generate a qualified pipeline from Construction Distributors and Rep Agents. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, and Content Marketing Manager to turn campaign narratives into ABM programs that convert interest into qualified sales opportunities. This position is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives on hands-on campaign execution and experimentation-driven programs within a fast-paced startup environment. WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CAMPAIGN EXECUTION * Execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, webinars, and organic channels. * Build, launch, and optimize paid channels such as LinkedIn and Google, by continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers. * Build and maintain comprehensive campaign dashboards to track performance, growth opportunities, and total pipeline contribution. * Own HubSpot as the system of record for demand gen: lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and data hygiene. ENTERPRISE ABM * Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments, creating tailored touchpoints for specific buying committees within target accounts. * Partner directly with the Sales team to ensure a tight feedback loop on lead quality and provide them with the air cover needed to close high-value deals. * Manage the transition of marketing-engaged leads to Sales, ensuring that high-intent prospects are identified and prioritized for immediate outreach. FIELD MARKETING * Build the target account list for each event and drive pre-show outreach in partnership with Sales * Own post-event lead follow-through to qualified opportunity * Drive the distribution of our thought leadership through our industry associations and partnerships WHY THIS MATTERS Construction is a $15T industry still powered by fragmented, manual processes—and Parspec is transforming it with AI. This role is critical to that transformation: by driving awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline among distributors and rep agencies, you will directly accelerate adoption of a more intelligent, connected way to buy and sell construction products, helping modernize one of the world’s largest industries. WHO YOU ARE MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS * 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, specifically within early-stage (Series A/B) AI, enterprise software, and construction tech or similar environments. * Has personally run campaigns that produced pipeline, and can speak precisely to the numbers: spend, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline generated. You know your own numbers cold without looking them up * Expert-level "doer" who builds their own campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and HubSpot without needing an agency or large team for execution. * Hands-on HubSpot operator. You have personally built lead scoring models, routing workflows, nurture sequences, and reporting dashboards — not briefed someone else to * Working understanding of B2B buying committees and how to sequence touchpoints against different personas * Experience running event-driven demand: target account lists, pre-show outreach, and post-event follow-up to pipeline * Direct experience collaborating with Sales and leadership to refine strategy and ensure high-quality lead handoffs. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously * Bias toward shipping. You move fast, test constantly, and close the loop on what worked.
