You’ll work closely with the founders while enjoying exceptional autonomy and ownership over your work. 🌟 ROLE OVERVIEW GovWell is hiring a Deployment Operations Manager to execute customer implementations and ensure new customers successfully launch and adopt GovWell’s platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, translating real-world government processes into workflows, forms, and automations inside the product. You’ll work closely with internal teams and government staff to configure and operationalize customer workflows in GovWell, support users in real time, and ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to daily usage. As one of the earliest members of the deployment function, you’ll also help build the systems and playbooks that make implementations faster, more consistent, and scalable over time.
