ABOUT CONDUIT HEALTH We're rebuilding how post-acute care gets done in America — AI-powered, vertically integrated, and relentlessly focused on getting patients what they need without the bureaucratic nightmare. $22M+ raised, scaling fast, and what we build in the next 12 months will touch hundreds of thousands of patients.   THE ROLE This is not a supporting role. You'll drive how AI gets deployed across Conduit — designing, testing, and shipping the agents and features that automate the operational guts of post-acute care: prior authorization, eligibility, benefit checks, document extraction, and claims. You'll do real product work, but the center of gravity is AI: turning messy, manual healthcare workflows into systems that run themselves. You'll work across operations and engineering with real autonomy and a high bar. We want someone who reaches for AI before reaching for headcount.   WHAT YOU'LL OWN * End-to-end AI deployments — design, test, and roll out browser/phone agents and document extraction (OCR + agentic AI) that automate authorization, verification, and intake workflows * Workflow-to-spec translation — turn complex payer and clinical workflows into clear technical specs the AI can execute * Output quality — measure accuracy, find where deployments fail, and drive them toward reliability ruthlessly * Playbooks — document prompt and deployment strategies so they're reproducible and scale across states and payers * The AI roadmap — prioritized, defended, and executed with conviction * Metrics — define what "working" means and prove it   WHO YOU ARE * 4+ years in product, ops, or deployment roles — with meaningful time shipping AI/automation into production * AI-native: you build, prototype, and debug with AI, and you're skeptical of any process that doesn't * You think in workflows and behavioral data — and you know when the data is lying to you * You think critically about ambiguous problems and propose structured solutions * Comfortable with high ownership and minimal guardrails — you don't wait to be told what to prioritize * Bonus: healthtech or insurance workflows; Python or SQL   THE DETAILS * Competitive salary + meaningful equity * Hybrid, Union Square NYC (3 days/week) * Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays * Full benefits
