Te Tūranga – About the role We have 2 x 12-month fixed-term opportunities available! Auckland or Wellington Location As part of the Retail Operations Deployment Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the rollout of Safe Food Pro, helping our member stores transition to a digitised way of managing food safety and compliance. Working closely with store teams, Compliance Managers and Owner Operators, you'll provide training, coaching and operational support to ensure successful adoption of the programme and positive business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping others learn and adapt to new ways of working. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering Safe Food Pro training and coaching to store teams. * Supporting stores through the transition to a digitised food safety platform. * Identifying training needs and developing practical solutions. * Building trusted relationships with Owner Operators, Compliance Managers and store teams. * Supporting project delivery within agreed scope, timeframes and budgets. * Contributing to continuous improvement and the overall success of the deployment programme. * Helping minimise compliance and food safety risks through effective training and support. He kōrero mōu – About you You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
