We are seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate Designer to join our fast-paced Brand Creative team. In this role, you will help shape the visual culture of our collaborations. Acting as a creative catalyst, you will play a key role in bringing our Co-Lab, Artist, and Capsule collections to life across multiple design disciplines. From supporting on collection concepts to creating graphic and product designs to creating omnichannel content, you will work collaboratively and cross functionally to translate our brand vision into impactful design solutions that inspire our community and drive sales. Job Description Creative Execution & Storytelling * Inspire through Design: Create compelling multi-dimensional design solutions that motivate and ignite global sales. * Shape the Narrative: Bring the unique stories of our Co-Lab, Artist, and Capsule collections to life through versatile, market-tailored product design and content that resonates with fans worldwide. * Design the Next Big Thing: Think innovatively to create fresh, exciting physical product designs for Co-Labs that push creative boundaries and seamlessly blend a partner's artistic vision with CASETiFY's brand purpose. * Own Your Craft: Navigate the design journey with a high degree of autonomy, championing assigned projects independently from initial sketch to final delivery. Trend Hunting & Innovation * Stay culturally current: Act as a cultural radar for the team, swiftly transforming global trends and real-time moments into highly relevant, engaging content. * Define the trend: Keep your pulse on the shifting landscapes of art, fashion, tech, and internet culture to pilot fresh, innovative creative executions. Collective Synergy * Co-Create with Purpose: Maintain a resilient, flexible, and positive attitude, delivering exceptional work even when the pace accelerates. * Thrive Together: Partner closely with team members and cross-functionally to cultivate an open, inspiring, and collaborative studio culture.   Requirement * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline. * 2+ years of design experience; e-commerce, digital marketing, or a fast-moving creative agency background is a plus. * High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. * A sophisticated eye for layout, color theory, and typography, backed by a solid understanding of core design principles. * Familiarity with the modern AI toolkit (Gemini, Claude, Nano Banana, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize workflows, brainstorm, and enhance creative execution. * A portfolio that demonstrates a strong narrative flair, showing you know how to tell a story through a modern visual lens. * Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, and an adaptable team player who thrives on tight deadlines. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
