Working closely with the AFC and its stakeholders, Asia Football Group strives for the success and growth of Asian football, as well as redefining Asian football’s commercial standing within global football by addressing the shared business objectives of the AFC, its sponsors and media partners with solutions derived from optimising brand activations, fan engagement and digitally driven innovations.  The Role   We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to work with the Marketing and Digital team at AFG. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will produce compelling visual content in support of sponsorship activations, fan engagement initiatives, and marketing promotional campaigns.    The ideal candidate possesses the capability to deliver compelling creative work under tight turnaround times and shifting priorities, without compromising on quality or attention to detail. A solid understanding of sports culture and brand storytelling is essential.    Key Responsibilities  * Design and develop creative assets for branded content, fan engagement graphics, and digital touchpoints, ensuring all output aligns with relevant guidelines and best practices.  * Professionally edit, retouch, colour-correct, and crop images to maintain high visual standards across all deliverables.  * Deliver assets on time and to specification, maintaining consistency and meticulous attention to detail—while striking the right balance between speed and creative excellence.  * Collaborate closely with internal teams to contribute ideas, interpret briefs and translate strategic objectives into visually compelling designs.  * Stay up to date with emerging design trends, platform updates, and visual best practices to ensure outputs remain fresh, relevant, and competitive.  * Adapt and localise assets for regional markets as needed, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.    Skills, Experience and Qualifications  * Experience in brand design, with a strong focus on executing and maintaining consistent visual identities using established brand guidelines.  * Experience in designing social media graphics and template development.  * Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite e.g Photoshop and Illustrator); motion graphics skills are a plus.  * Solid understanding of content performance and major digital platform behaviours (i.e. what design elements drive engagement, shareability, and overall effectiveness.)  * Ability to handle a high volume of assets in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a "can-do" team-player attitude.  * A genuine passion for or knowledge of sports, particularly football, is a plus.  * Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, editing, or ideation platforms) to support creative development is an advantage.    Location: Hong Kong, Dubai, or remote Please include a link to your online portfolio or share previous creative work samples along with your CV in your application.
