Digital Experience Strategist Search - Customer Experience - Marketing Automation Why This Role Exists The way people discover, evaluate, and engage with brands is changing rapidly. The Digital Experience Strategist brings expertise in search, customer experience, and marketing automation to help clients make smarter decisions, connect digital capabilities, and create measurable business outcomes. What You'll Do Advise * Serve as a trusted advisor on search, websites, customer journeys, and marketing automation. * Translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations. * Help clients make confident digital decisions. Recommend * Conduct digital assessments, audits, and opportunity analyses. * Develop practical roadmaps that improve discoverability, customer experience, and lead generation. * Present recommendations to clients and internal teams. Support * Partner with internal teams to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively. * Jump into the work when needed to troubleshoot issues, validate strategy, or help move projects forward. * Balance strategic thinking with a willingness to be hands-on when clients or the team need it. Learn * Stay current on search, AI, and marketing technology. * Share new thinking with clients and internal teams. What You'll Bring Expertise * SEO * AI Search (AEO/GEO) * Marketing Automation * CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Working Knowledge * Website Strategy * UX * Digital Analytics * Content Strategy * Conversion Optimization * CMS Platforms * Web Development Processes   Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress, or similar platforms is preferred. What Success Looks Like * Clients trust your recommendations. * Internal teams involve you early because your perspective improves the work. * Search, websites, and marketing automation work together as connected strategies. * You simplify technical complexity into practical business guidance. * You help keep the agency ahead of what's next. The Right Person * Curious, collaborative, and confident. * Strong foundation in search, digital experience, or marketing automation. * Comfortable speaking with both technical teams and clients. * Enjoys solving business problems more than managing platforms. * Continuously learning and bringing new ideas forward. *Please note that this role is in-office 5 days a week for the first 6-months. After the 6-months, hybrid schedule.
