As the business continues to scale, they are looking for an experienced digital marketer who can help drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand growth. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketer with a strong background in e-commerce marketing, preferably within a small to mid-sized consumer brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the entire digital marketing ecosystem and can confidently manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision. While email marketing through Klaviyo will be a major focus, this position also requires experience across website merchandising, social media, analytics, creative asset coordination, paid marketing, and emerging e-commerce channels such as TikTok Shop. This is not an entry-level or training position. The ideal candidate should be comfortable stepping into an established business, understanding existing systems quickly, and contributing from day one without requiring extensive onboarding on marketing platforms or e-commerce best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, customer segmentation, and lifecycle flows. * Create and optimize email sequences such as welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and promotional campaigns. * Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve key metrics including revenue, conversion rate, click-through rate, customer retention, and ROI. * Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, merchandising, and customer experience to improve conversion rates. * Support paid e-commerce marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms. * Develop and coordinate social media marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Explore and support TikTok Shop opportunities and other emerging social commerce platforms. * Coordinate influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. * Analyze website and marketing performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate on creative assets including graphics, landing pages, promotional materials, and website updates. * Continuously identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and growth opportunities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience supporting e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. * Strong experience working within a small to mid-sized company where you managed multiple areas of marketing rather than a single specialty. * Expert-level experience with Klaviyo, including email campaigns, automation, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing. * Strong Shopify experience, including merchandising, promotions, and e-commerce workflows. * Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms. * Strong understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting. * Experience supporting or creating content for social media marketing. * Comfortable coordinating graphic design work or creating marketing assets using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, and e-commerce KPIs. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms. * Experience managing influencer or affiliate marketing programs. * Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and website UX best practices. * Familiarity with Shopify themes, Liquid, or other technical marketing implementations. * Experience in fashion, eyewear, beauty, lifestyle, or other consumer product brands.
