We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to scale our acquisition and retention. In this role, you will execute multi-channel paid campaigns, manage performance budgets, and turn analytics into growth actions. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising. * Drive user/driver acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives. * Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and audience insights, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business goals * Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to develop content, landing pages, and campaign assets that enhance user/driver experience and conversion rates. * Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution. * Manage campaign budgets and monitor spending to maximize efficiency and performance. * Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, marketing insights, and growth opportunities. * Conduct market research and stay updated on target audiences, competitors, industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to identify growth opportunities and maintain market competitiveness. * Execute acquisition marketing initiatives, including coupon and promotional campaigns, to encourage users to place their first order. * Support other tasks assigned by the line manager related to user and driver acquisition activities. WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. * 2+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, affiliate platforms, or programmatic advertising. * Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.  * Experience in a performance marketing agency is a plus.
