About the Digital Marketing Manager: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This full-time role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital media platforms, campaign management, SEO, and performance analytics. Responsibilities: * Collaborated with business and product teams to develop effective digital marketing and brand strategies for new and existing products. * Planned and managed short- and long-term marketing schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, including P&L forecasts and spending. * Stay up to date with trends across digital platforms, emerging ad formats, and marketing technologies; evaluate media plans and provide recommendations for optimization. * Lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital campaigns and promotions across various channels such as blogs, websites, affiliate networks, influencers, and brand communities. * Drive key KPIs, including brand awareness, website traffic, content engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance. * Work closely with the SEO team to enhance keyword rankings and organic visibility. * Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI; use insights to optimize strategies and tactics. * Lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans, product positioning, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives. * Lead and manage a cross-functional marketing team, including SEO specialists, social media managers, content creators, and graphic designers. This includes setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, coaching team members for growth, and evaluating individual and team performance to ensure high-impact execution and continuous improvement. * Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the iGaming and digital tech landscape. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. * Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role, ideally within the tech, gaming, or digital product industry. * In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). * Hands-on experience with media buying and biddable platforms, including Google Shopping, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. * Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, and related platforms to drive performance insights. * Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to guide, develop, and inspire teams toward achieving marketing goals. * Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex metrics and translating them into actionable strategies. * Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change and uncertainty. * A can-do attitude, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
