Job Description Reporting to our Analytics Director, you will create impact within our Analytics Team, in a newly consolidated Brand Data unit. Your career path could lead to senior specialist roles in digital analytics, measurement strategy, or data consulting leadership, with opportunities to expand your technical expertise and client influence. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Translate clients' needs and their business requirements into measurement frameworks, dashboards, and actionable insights. * Manage and maintain GA4 implementations, including event tracking, conversion set-up, reporting, analysis, and ongoing data quality assurance. * Design, implement and troubleshoot tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and data layers to ensure accurate and scalable measurement. * Configure and optimise Consent Mode and Enhanced Conversions to support privacy compliance whilst maximising measurement accuracy. * Implement and maintain enhanced e-commerce tracking to measure customer journeys, product interactions and revenue performance. * Go beyond basic reporting to build a compelling narrative from data to drive strategic client action. Qualifications * Over 2 years of experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event configuration, advertising platform conversion tracking, custom reporting, and analysis. * Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), data layer implementation, and tracking and debugging methodologies. * You understand methods that safeguard user privacy while still enabling the collection of essential and privacy-compliant data. * You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. * You have the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate actionable recommendations. * When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions. Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your CV in English. Additional Information Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs. 💰 Reward: You'll be eligible to join our discretionary annual bonus scheme. 💫 Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am and 6:30pm with flexible working hours. 👪 Family Support: Enjoy 14 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers. We also provide £1000 (or equivalent) towards courses for returning primary caregivers to support your transition back into work. “Jellyfish will give preference to Employment Equity candidates in accordance with the company’s Employment Equity Plan and its Affirmative Action measures.” Unfortunately, there has been an increase in fake recruiters impersonating Jellyfish and unlawfully using our brand name.
