This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living skills, community engagement, and personal development in a respectful, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct support to individuals in home, community, and program settings * Assist with daily living activities such as routines, social skills, and life skills development * Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behavior * Support participation in community outings and structured activities * Follow individualized support plans and maintain accurate documentation * Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families * Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Ability to pass background checks and required screenings * Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor * Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required (training provided
