Schedule & Work Environment * Full-time and part-time positions available * Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be available * Community-based/mobile work environment throughout the west side Portland metro area * Consistent hours based on participant needs Qualifications * Must be at least 18 years old * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required * Willingness to transport participants in your personal vehicle * High school diploma or GED preferred * Ability to pass a background check * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic computer and documentation skills * Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude No Experience Required Many successful DSPs come from backgrounds in: * Caregiving * Retail or customer service * Education * Behavioral health * CNA or healthcare support * Hospitality or human services If you have a heart for helping others, we can teach you the rest.
