This role reports directly to the VP of Analytics and operates as the highest-level analytic authority on our productionalized analytics engines and dashboards; driving methodological rigor, influencing business strategy, and ensuring analytics directly support contractual commitments and measurable performance outcomes. This individual will lead a team of SQL analysts and BI developers to deliver scalable analytic solutions. Given the scale, visibility, and complexity of the work, this role requires deep healthcare domain expertise, advanced technical capability, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.   What Success Looks Like In 3 months * Develop deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, reporting commitments, and performance objectives * Establish credibility as a strategic analytic partner to senior leaders and to your direct reports * Contribute to builds across backend and frontend deliverables * Provide guidance on complex analytic workstreams and influence prioritization decisions * Build trust from team of 4-8 analysts/dashboarders and understand how team fits into priorities * Work to refine current OKRs and build team out necessary to execute on those OKRs In 6 months * Drive measurable improvements in analytic quality, scalability, and efficiency * Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring advanced methodological expertise * Serve as trusted advisor on medical economics, risk, episodes, and dashboarding * Create rigorous performance management framework for team to be evaluated against * Ensure AI integration into analytics workflows In 12 months  * Be recognized as an enterprise subject matter expert across analytics, medical economics, risk, episodes and dashboarding * Influence strategic decisions through data-backed recommendations * Demonstrate measurable impact on customer performance outcomes and business growth * Build durable analytic infrastructure and frameworks that scale across engagements WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Define and lead analytic strategy across large-scale, high-visibility engagements Architect advanced analytic frameworks supporting medical economics, performance measurement, population health, and value-based care initiatives Serve as the senior-most analytic escalation point for complex methodological or data integrity questions built in DBT (Spark, SQL) and Amazon Quicksight Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance, and Customer Success Ensure technical excellence and rigor in all analytic deliverables; establish quality standards and governance practices Identify scalable opportunities for automation, reusable intellectual property, and analytic innovation Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders Mentor and develop Lead, Senior, and Data Analysts, elevating analytic capability across the team Influence product and roadmap decisions through data-driven thought leadership WHAT YOU'LL BRING 8–10+ years of healthcare analytics experience, with experience in medical economics or risk and dashboarding required Advanced SQL proficiency, including optimization of complex queries in large data environments Advanced Dashboarding proficiency, experience with Quicksight a plus (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc. are acceptable) Experience designing analytic methodologies and scalable frameworks Demonstrated success influencing senior or executive stakeholders Proven experience leading large, complex analytic initiatives and teams with significant business impact Strong data storytelling and executive-level communication skills Experience mentoring and elevating senior analytic talent WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE Experience supporting large, enterprise healthcare clients Experience working within AWS or large-scale cloud data environments Proficiency in DBT pipelines a plus Experience shaping product or analytics roadmaps at a strategic level Experience using AI tools to enhance your coding and workflows as they relate to analytics WHAT YOU'LL GET Be a part of a mission driven company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care  A flexible, remote friendly company with personality and heart  Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development   Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community.
