We’re seeking a highly hands-on Director of Newsletter & Email Marketing who lives and breathes newsletter strategy, deliverability, engagement, and monetization. If you have run a monetized newsletter program at scale—this is the role for you. This is a true player-coach role: you’ll shape the strategy, but you’ll also be in the work: building campaigns, solving problems, analyzing performance, testing, optimizing, and jumping in wherever needed, while leading a high-performing team.
