THE ROLE As Director of Engineering, you will manage multiple teams who are responsible for transforming large raw data inputs into enriched data that powers our core product. The software uses a combination of AI, human operations tools, and large data pipelines. You will be a technical leader, setting the vision for the full-stack architecture. You will partner closely with product managers, operations managers, designers, and customer success to design and deliver new functionality at scale. You will organize and grow your team in order to meet the needs of the business. And you will help team members progress on their individual career paths.
