Strong understanding of document lifecycles, revision control, transmittals, review workflows, audit trails, retention, and construction closeout requirements. Exceptional accuracy, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to enforce standards and resolve conflicting or incomplete records. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to train and support users across internal and external organizations. Ability to travel to project sites and partner locations as required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting data center, power, utility, industrial, or other mission-critical design and construction programs. Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or Unifier and with the transition of document-control processes from implementation partners to internal ownership. Experience managing commissioning, turnover, and closeout records for operational facilities. Certification in document control, records management, information management, or project management.
