What You’ll Do (Job Duties) * Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service and ensure 100% resident satisfaction. * Oversee and supervise the operations of the front driveway * Direct all incoming traffic and coordinate with the valet to manage vehicle status. * Escort residents and guests into the building in line with hospitality guidelines, assist with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, and other items from vehicles, and maintain the appearance of the front door, front driveway, and lobby. * Perform valet duties such as retrieving, parking, and relocating vehicles. * Monitor lobby activity, maintain access control, provide concierge services, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and manage the receipt and distribution of resident parcels. * Addressing resident and guest concerns and questions Requirements: Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred Must be willing to Valet as all these positions will be cross-trained in everything.
