WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Define and execute Mexico's Driver Growth & Retention strategy. * Lead a high-performing Driver Operations team, turning data into actions that move key business metrics. * Build acquisition programs that attract the best drivers and create an outstanding onboarding experience. * Design initiatives that improve driver engagement, loyalty, and overall experience. * Collaborate with Sales to create tailored operational solutions for strategic corporate clients. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 4+ years leading Operations, Growth, Marketplace, or Strategy teams in a tech company. Experience in logistics, mobility, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is a big plus. Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills. Proven people leadership experience.
