Role Overview We’re seeking a Driver Manager / Transportation Administrator to lead and support our team of professional drivers. This role ensures safety, efficiency, and compliance while building strong, respectful relationships. Key Responsibilities * Provide daily leadership and support to drivers. * Coach and mentor drivers with a focus on safety and compliance. * Monitor performance, routes, and on-time delivery. * Manage scheduling, paperwork, and DOT requirements. * Collaborate with operations to maximize route efficiency. * Qualifications * 2+ years of logistics, dispatch, fleet, or related experience (straight truck and tractor-trailer preferred). * Knowledge of tracking/logging systems (Samsara preferred). * Experience with route dispatching and delivery performance metrics. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook/email, and basic computer systems. * Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused. * Why Join AWH Logistics? * Family-oriented culture with respect and balance. * Local routes – drivers are home daily. * Supportive team where your leadership has direct impact. * Competitive pay and benefits.
