You’ll be placed in the Driver Operations Department and responsible to generate more driver leads and report to the Driver Operations Manager. Think you are up for it? WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Design, develop and implement offline driver acquisition program and initiatives. * Grow and continuously improve driver acquisition activities, using in app driver referral program, driver acquisition affiliates, and relevant on-ground manpowers. * Collaborate with Marketing Team to optimize our paid and organic channel through developing campaign, event and program for generating supply. * Explore more channel to increase Lalamove drivers awareness with objective to make people interest in joining Lalamove as a driver partner. * Collaborate with other subdivision like driver onboarding, offline presence and driver management team to achieve oversupply state and to gain higher transaction value. * Lead and monitor day to day on-ground manpowers, ensure them to achieve their daily target.
