What we offer * Hybrid working in Kuala Lumpur * Permanent, Full-time, Employee role * Immerse in an MNC culture * Great exposure to regions across APAC * Enjoy the company's medical insurance coverage * All the statutory social contributions (SOCSO, EIS, and EPF) * Statutory Public holiday * Annual leave (12 days a year) * Company Holiday (Wellness day 1 day per quarter) * 24/7 Employee Assistance Program * 5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break * Proofread focused (no content creation required) * Access to the latest news curated by professional writers from across various industries and key markets in APAC Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy; * Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases; * Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards; * Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly; * Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes; * Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed; * Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.   Desired Skills and Experience * 1 year of working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply * Fluency in English and Mandarin communication, including reading and writing both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, is required to communicate effectively with our APAC clients. * Highly self-motivated and independent   Work Arrangements * 5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time; * Comfortable for overnight working, from 10 pm to 7 am * Comfortable for a roster that may cover weekends, for example, Wednesday to Sunday, or Saturday to Wednesday * Successful hire will be trained during daytime office hours for the first few weeks   Cision is the global leader in consumer and media intelligence, engagement, and communication solutions.
