About the Role As Juicebox’s first Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team building products that thousands of recruiting teams rely on every day. You’ll partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features while helping engineers grow and do their best work. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical depth, and execution. You’ll coach engineers, lead complex initiatives, and help shape our engineering culture while staying involved in architecture and key technical decisions. Our stack includes Next.js, React, Node.js, OpenSearch, AWS, SQS, Spark, and a range of inference providers and LLMs. You Will… * Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, and career development. * Own execution across complex initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work quickly. * Partner with product, design, and company leadership to set priorities and align engineering efforts with business goals. * Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, technical direction, and key engineering decisions. * Help scale the engineering organization through hiring, onboarding, and building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
